It was financed by the government of Austria as a part of a model project combining development aid, nature conservation and rainforest research.

Mauricio, Many, Many thanks for organising a great 10 day trip for us in Costa Rica. The choices that you decided for us as a family of 5 with teenage daughters were pretty spot on. They enjoyed the animals especially at the Peace Lodge were incredible. We would have enjoyed a couple more days their, if we had known how unique it was as a place.
