unforseen circumstances including unfavorable
weather conditions, natural disasters,
airport closures etc. And will
not be held liable for any difficulties
that arise from the cancellation or delay of a flight.
8. 100% refund for cancellations received more than 24 hours
of time of departure. For
cancellations received in less than 24
hours, a 50% penalty will be charged
9. Ground transportation 15 not included in the price of chartering
aircraft
10. 25 lbs (11.4 kgs) per person baggage allowance.

12. Unless specified in advance Aero Paraiso S.A. has the right
to use the return flight from
the destination for its own purposes. Passengers
who would like to use the return flight
